Interior Designer

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our quickly expanding studio!
We ask that any applicant have 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury residential remodels, ground-up construction, and project management at an established design firm. This individual will be responsible for multiple projects and work with the Principal directly in generating presentation decks, vendor correspondence, creating and managing schedules (FF&E), sourcing and procurement, obtaining quotes and samples, and assisting in project management. They must have exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD; this position will have a strong emphasis on illustrative plans/elevations, technical plans (demolition, framing, plumbing, RCPs), and shop drawings for custom millwork, stonework, steelwork, etc. Candidates must be extremely organized and deadline-oriented.
This person must be a self-starter, with excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Formal education in interior design or architecture is preferred, and applicants must have some knowledge of California building codes.
Applicants should have working knowledge of the design process: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
Advanced skills in the entire Adobe Suite
Experience with Studio Designer is a plus
Extreme proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of local California building codes
Must have a working vehicle for office & client-related meetings

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person (Los Angeles)
